Love to travel, but still want to be a part of something bigger? We offer “System Flex Teams” for nurses and respiratory care practitioners that allow you to travel to different opportunities across more than 30 hospitals and four states.

Our comprehensive and competitive compensation package reflects your many contributions to our ministry and rewards strong performance.

You are eligible to contribute to a savings plan when you are hired. To help you prepare for retirement, the ministry may provide the following contributions*:

A Matching contribution to reward you for saving
A Core contribution to ensure a basic benefit

*In most cases, an associate must work at least 1,000 hours and be employed through year-end to receive ministry contributions.
