The Manager of Quality will lead Bon Secours Community Works’ data analytics and outcome measurement for its service delivery areas of economic development, youth and family services, and housing and community development. The manager will be responsible for completing trend analysis, tracking organizational impact, calculating social return on investment, and evaluating ways to improve service delivery based on data.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversee the intake, assessment, and outreach team and their functions of providing a universal intake process to all clients and promoting our programs to stakeholders.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the organization.

  • Work with program leaders to create logic models and measurement strategies. 

  • Serve as the internal evaluator on key projects and coordinate with external evaluators on identified projects.

  • Complete trend analysis and statistical analysis on data sets and make recommendations to leadership on program adjustments based on such analysis.

  • Calculate the social return on investment for key programs areas (e.g. affordable housing and returning citizens programming).

  • Work with marketing teams and leadership to create informational materials on the organization’s impact.

  • Create data collection standardized processes across the organization.

  • Generate re-occurring and ad hoc reports for specific purposes.

  • Work with database engineers to reorganize databases when necessary to match program workflows.

Employment Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:

-Bachelors in Social Work, Public Health, Business, Non-profit management

Preferred Education

Masters in Social Work, Public Health, Business, Non-profit management

Minimum Qualifications

-3+ years of progressive, related experience in data analyzation, data trend analysis, and/or program evaluation.

-Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

-Supervisory experience and partnership building
