Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a level normally acquired through completion of high school education.
Demonstrates typing speed at 35-wpm necessary, accuracy is essential.
Familiarity with personal computers and prior registration experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skill, both verbal
Completion of medical terminology course is preferred.
Normal office or patient care environment with little exposure to noise, dusts, temperature and the like.
Close attention to detail 90% of time
Rarely (less than 6% of time) exposed to adverse conditions
Reports to assigned Manager/Director
