A summary of the specific skills, knowledge and behaviors of this position are: The registered nurse provides direct resident care in accordance with local state and federal regulations. The Registered nurse ensures the timely delivery of resident care in accordance with customer service expectations and in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations governing the delivery of resident care in the senior living care setting.
Education - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; associates or diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience - Experience dealing with the public in a patient care setting preferred. Previous experience as an RN or LPN in acute care preferred. Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
License/Certification - Current applicable state registered nurse license; Basic Life Support required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification as required by unit specific accountabilities.
Skills - Current applicable state registered nurse license; CPR certification. ACLS certification as required by unit specific accountabilities.
