Our nurse residency program, Grow Strong RN, is a six-month comprehensive program designed to support new graduate nurses as they transition from the classroom to professional clinical practice. Participants receive hands-on training, mentorship and professional development designed to build confidence, strengthen clinical skills and support a successful transition into nursing practice.
