The Grow Strong RN Program at Bon Secours Mercy Health is a 6-month comprehensive program designed to support new graduate nurses as they transition from the classroom to professional clinical practice. Throughout the program, participants receive hands-on training, mentorship and professional development opportunities to help build confidence, competence, and critical thinking skills. The goal is to ensure every new nurse feels well-prepared to provide safe, compassionate and high-quality patient care within the Bon Secours Mercy Health mission.

The Grow Strong RN Program is six months, however, if you still believe you need additional time in order to work on your own, simply speak with your manager and they'll make sure to work with you until you're comfortable enough to work on your own.
